Accessibility Features of This Site
This web site has been designed with a view to making the
information accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities
who use adaptive technologies to receive and disseminate information.
We encourage accessible Internet site development and maintenance and

Access Keys
The following 3 Access Keys have been enabled mainly for use with Screen
Readers and PDAs:

Access Key M -To have
easy access to the Common Menu Bar at all times, just press ALT+M
and press the TAB key once.

Access Key X - Skip over
the Common navigation bar to the Side Navigation bar. To skip the
Common Menu Bar at all times, press ALT+X and then press the enter
key.

Access Key Z
- Skip over all navigation bars directly to the content. To
skip all the Menu Bars at all times to go directly to the content,
press ALT+Z and then press the enter key.
Please note that how the Access Keys work differs between
browsers, as well as which keys are used depends on the platform. For
example, Internet Explorer uses "ALT" M - since "ALT"
is a Microsoft standard for Access Keys, another platform may use a different
key altogether.
Internal page links
Internal page links that allow you to move between content
sections of the page while tabbing through links.
Text equivalents for images and graphical
buttons
ALT tags for all non-textual elements on
the page and LONGDESC tags for information about graphs and complex objects.
Templates
Consistent template design that helps screen readers identify common elements
on the page and locate the beginning of a core document.
Form lables
Labels allow the user to read and use forms effectively.
